We accept returns of defective and non-defective products and also accept exchange requests.
Eligible goods must be new and unused, remain in original condition, and include original packaging, tags, accessories, and enclosed materials. Submit the request within 30 days after delivery.
Returns are completed by mail. A free return label is included in the package, and there is no restocking fee. Non-defective reasons include a change of mind, personal preference, or choosing the wrong item; damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed goods may also be reported.
Obtain authorization before mailing anything. Provide the order number, checkout email, and explanation; for damage, defects, wrong goods, or missing parts, include product and packaging photos or video. Unauthorized parcels must not be sent. Exchanges depend on available inventory. An approved refund returns to the original payment method and is processed within 10 days.
