For a delay, suspected loss, a delivered scan without a located parcel, or transit damage, contact us with the order number, checkout email, tracking number, and useful photos. A carrier inquiry may be opened. Service limitations can apply by item, address, or destination, and an undeliverable order may be cancelled and refunded.
